Carole Hart from the PBCC Small Business Development Center Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) will be speaking. She will be offering an overview of the PTAC program plus how to conduct business at the local or county level, including both the registration and certification process. Carole Hart will also be offering tips and advice on bidding and website overview plus information on the subcontracting opportunity niche with major corporations. This will be a fact filled session with time for Q&A at the end.
